So ist es beispielsweise, dass Menschen, die die Low-Carb Diät verfolgen, Kohlenhydrate verteufeln. Sie machen dick, fördern Heißhungerattacken und führen zu Diabetes.

Auf der anderen Seite gibt es die Low-Fat Gruppe, die Fett verteufelt, denn Fett führt zu Übergewicht, erhöht den Cholesterinspiegel und die Gefahr einen Schlaganfall oder Herzinfarkt zu erleiden.

Beide Lager sind von ihrem Standpunkt überzeugt und können mit Leichtigkeit diverse Studien vorlegen, die ihre Sichtweise belegen.

Sieht man sich die auf der Welt die Regionen mit besonders alten Menschen an, die Blue Zones, besteht die Ernährung in Okinawa aus 85% Kohlenhydraten und am Mittelmeer zu 40% aus Fett. Beide Ernährungsweisen gelten als besonders Gesund und die Menschen werden überdurchschnittlich alt.

Es kommt also nicht auf Kohlenhydrate und Fett an. Es kommt darauf an, welche Kohlenhydrate und welche Fette gegessen werden.

Zusätzlich kommt es auf den einzelnen Menschen an. Einige können Kohlenhydrate schlecht verdauen, einige können Fette nicht gut verarbeiten.

Also, bei dem nächsten Ernährungstipp von Freunden oder aus einer Zeitung kannst du nun darauf achten, welche Ziele verfolgt werden und ob sie mit deinen Zielen übereinstimmen.
